第二届能源化工绿色发展创新国际论坛
——2019年油气田化学理论与技术创新
尊敬的嘉宾：
为促进油气田化学理论与技术的发展及与其相关化学、化工及石油工程等学科交叉交融，总结和交流油气田化学领域的学术成果与现场实践经验，进一步探讨油气田化学理论和技术发展方向，提高油气田化学理论与技术的整体水平，现决定于2019年11月8日至10日在中国西安召开“2019年油气田化学理论与技术创新论坛”。本次论坛由西安石油大学主办，西安石油大学化学化工学院及加拿大CEPro能源集团公司、西安石油大学科技处、西安石油大学国际交流与合作处联合承办。
本届国际论坛秉承“科技创新、绿色发展”理念，主题是“2019年油气田化学理论与技术创新”，主要围绕“油气田化学基础理论研究进展”“油气田化学处理剂研究进展”“油气田勘探开发过程的环境治理与资源管理技术”及“油气资源全生命周期可持续发展”等领域展开讨论。该论坛将为相关领域专家学者及相关企业搭建一个分享成果、讨论问题、探索前沿科技的国际性交流合作平台。目前已邀请到来自国内及美国、加拿大、澳大利亚等国的知名专家学者参加。
本次会议将有多位知名专家学者作专题报告和大会报告。在此，诚挚地邀请您参加本届国际论坛。恭请莅临，共襄盛会。

——2019 Theoretical and Technological Innovations in Oil & Gas Field Chemistry
Dear Honorable Experts/Scholars:
We are honored to invite you to join us in Xi’an for the 2nd International Green Growth and Innovation Forum for Energy and Chemical Engineering (IGGIFECE 2019), which will be jointly held by Xi’an Shiyou University and CEPro Energy Group in November 8-10, 2019. The IGGIFECE is designated to stimulate the development of chemical technology in oil & gas field exploration and promote the communication of researchers interested in oil & gas field chemistry, chemical engineering and petroleum engineering. The 2019 IGGIFECE provides opportunities to share the advancements in theoretical research and field application of oil & gas field chemistry and also serves as a forum for researchers and engineers to discuss the technological advancements and future trends in oil & gas filed chemistry. Based on the belief of “Technological Innovation and Green Growth”, the 2019 IGGIFECE will focus on the theoretical and technological innovations in oil and gas field chemistry and other relevant sustainable R&D achievements.
The key topics of 2019 IGGIFECE will include (but not limited to):
Advancements in the theoretical research of oil & gas field chemistry,
Advancements in the research of chemical processing additives for oil & gas processing,
Environmental control and resource management in oil & gas field exploration,
Sustainable development in the exploration and production life cycle of oil & gas resources.
The 2019 IGGIFECE will facilitate the platform for participants from different countries to share advancements, to discuss challenges, to explore the near-term and long-term research prospects on oil & gas field chemistry issues and to build collaborative platform. This forum is structured so that participants can learn from both formal and informal interactions, such as presented papers, posters, and social events. At present, we are honored to learn that some distinguished scholars and experts from the US, Canada, and Australia will attend this exciting forum.

Registration for the 2019 IGGIFECE is open now. Various types of registration are available at different costs. Conference registration fees will be payable in China Yuan (CNY). Payments in any other currency will not be accepted. For group registration (at least 5 attendees), only one of the members’ registration fee could be exempted. Costs shown below are in CNY (?).

8. Conference Hotel Reservations
We encourage you to book your accommodations early to ensure availability. Rooms should be reserved early, since Xi’an is a popular destination for visitors. The hotel does not guarantee room availability.
